The reason as to why companies disallow clients to eat within the car is because food particles are expected to drop in the car. That cause a lot of mess within the car. The company will incur extra costs in cleaning the limousine after return. The client is obliged to pay additional costs if there is any food mess in the limousine.
No smoking within the car
Smoke has a tendency of leaving behind a scent even after all signs of smoke vanish. It is due to that reason the company states that there should be no smoking within the limousine. The client is charged an additional fee if the company discovers signs of smoking within the car as it will need to be cleared by cleaning the entire interior of the limousine.

The company charges clients a fee if the limousine is found with vomit. The reason as to why companies charge clients on this is because the limousine will need to be thoroughly cleaned upon return as no other client will want a car with such a mess in it. The company also agree that, if there were measures set in place to avoid vomiting in the car, such as vomit bags, the issue should have been avoided.
